La Chinata Rosemary Flavoured EVOO is a great quality extra virgin olive oil flavoured with selected rosemary leaves to obtain an scented oil with the body of extra virgin olive oil and the fresh taste with a hint of bitterness of rosemary, which is a very used plant in traditional Mediterranean cooking.
It is ideal to use in lamb meat dishes, beef, game meat, and occasionally, pork. It is also highly recommended its use with the fattiest fishes, as sardines and mackerel, and with vegetables such as tomato, cabbage, beans and aubergines, as well as, with mushrooms. In the same way, it is an ingredient very frequent in most traditional dishes as roasts, stews, soups, sauces, sautés, ratatouilles, and rice.
Rosemary is known by its content in acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter that speeds up brain function. Besides, it favours digestion problems. It is a good source of vitamins, specially A, several kinds of vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E.
