The ingredients of this true delicacy are a reflection of Extremadura's wealth, since it combines the essence of Extremadura’s pasture thanks to the meat of its Iberian pigs, to the products offered by its land such as paprika, tubers and pumpkin, as well as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our olive trees. In the same way, it is a sausage that has been gaining popularity, especially in recent years, due to its great versatility in the kitchen and its spectacular taste, which has not gone unnoticed among the great chefs.
