  • Acorn Fed Ibérico Ham
    The Iberian Ham La Chinata comes from Iberian pigs bred and fed exclusively with acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremeña. These pigs presume to be bred under a free grazing regime in the large tracts of land in the Dehesa Extremeña, and they feed on acorns from the montanera season. The Dehesa Extremeña produces a large quantity of high quality acorns and thanks to its large tracts of land allows the pigs to move freely and feed exceptionally in a perfect climate for their development. The result is an Iberian Bellota Ham with a golden and pinkish fat, soft and unctuous. Also, the flesh has a tone between deep red and pinkish. Its flavor is unique and unmatched, very soft and aromatic with a multitude of nuances, and has a shiny and veined grain by the acorn, which dissolves on the palate. This acorn-fed Iberian ham naturally contains oleic acid, the same present in our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which comes from the acorns with which these Iberian pigs feed. Acorn-fed Iberian Ham La Chinata is packed in a delicate case with thin slices cut by hand using a knife and already placed in a spiral shape ready to be plated. It is recommended to remove from the refrigerator at least one hour before so that the product is tempered and you can appreciate all its aroma and flavor. It is an exquisite product that can be accompanied with a few drops of AOVE La Chinata, as well as with our Regañás.     La Chinata Acorn Fed Ibérico Chorizo comes from Iberian pigs reared and fed exclusively with acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremeña. These pigs presume to be reared in a free-grazing regime in the large areas of the Dehesa Extremeña, and feed on acorns from the time of the montanera. The Dehesa Extremeña produces a large number of high-quality acorns and thanks to its large areas of land, pigs can move freely and feed exceptionally in a climate that is perfect for their development. The result is an Acorn Fed Ibérico Chorizo with a bright red appearance, which is mixed with the colours white and pink, given the arbitrarily-distributed fat, characteristic of artisanal processes. Similarly, its cut is very delicate due to the quality of the minced pork by the same circumstance, its traditional elaboration method. Its texture is creamy and its flavour is soft, intense and fresh, with a sweet and salty touch that persists on the palate, as well as with a subtle, firm aroma of meat, spices and smoking, and with a perfect balance of both salt and spiciness. This Acorn Fed Ibérico Chorizo naturally contains oleic acid, the same that is present in our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which comes from the acorns that feed these specimens of Iberian pig. La Chinata Acorn Fed Ibérico Chorizo is packaged in one piece ready to be cut as desired.     La Chinata Acorn Fed Ibérico Salchichón comes from pieces of Iberian pigs reared and fed exclusively with acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremeña. These pigs presume to be reared in a free-grazing regime in the large areas of the Dehesa Extremeña and feed on acorns from the time of the montanera. The Dehesa Extremeña produces a large number of high-quality acorns and thanks to its large areas of land, pigs can move freely and feed exceptionally in a climate that is perfect for their development. The result is an Acorn Fed Ibérico Salchichón with a fine and sweet texture due to the combination of lean and fat, which is melted, because of the quality of the pieces with which it is made. Its flavour is juicy and intense and its aroma persists in the mouth, where there is a balance between lean, fat, black pepper and the rest of natural spices and does not contain traces of toughness. This Acorn Fed Ibérico Salchichón naturally contains oleic acid, the same that is present in our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which comes from the acorns that these Iberian pigs feed on.   • Red Wine 'Cepas'
    The Red Wine 'Cepas' from La Chinata is made with a selection of Tempranillo grapes from the Raposo area, which is located at an altitude of 600 meters, which allows the production of a fully mature product with a good acidity and which is known for the healing properties of its waters and muds. Thanks to their clay soils, they allow a good retention of water. And its sunny days and cool nights allow a healthy harvest and grapes with a perfect phenolic maturity.
